TechShristi is led by Harsh Motka, a PMP-certified engineering leader who has successfully built, mentored, and scaled offshore engineering teams of 80+ engineers and delivered multiple complex embedded products on time and within budget.
With extensive experience in managing large, cross-functional R&D programs, Mukund has worked closely with customers, manufacturing partners, and vendors to solve real-world engineering challenges such as:
